I have to lodge an appeal by 01/04/23 for PIP. I have not yet received the medical report, and going through the report and the decision makers notes will take me weeks because of my conditions.
Am I okay to lodge the appeal and then supply everything when I’ve completed it, or will they want case law and reasons why in the application for it to be accepted?
Just put in your Appeal and put in the main reasons why - you can just put in one sentence per reason at this stage. You then say you will be sending in more information at a later date and say because of your condition, you cannot do it all at once - that is very common. You don't have to put in all the details at the beginning.
