This is not something that the Mods can help with, I have emailed the office for the information but it may take several days for them to reply, when they do I will update this topic.

Apparently, it can take 24 hours before you should receive confirmation of your purchase and instructions on how to access the training, this can go up to 48 hours if it is a newsletter week.
As of this morning, there were no outstanding requests.
If you are still missing the email then check your spam folder, apparently, it is not uncommon for them to end up in there. Failing that, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
