Further Evidence was created by Bud
Hi, I recently sent off my PIP form along with a letter to say that I was having a chest X-Ray …. The results came through rapidly & I’ve got a new diagnosis. I will be having further tests too. Should I send the results off as & when they come in, or wait for them all & send off together? Also do I send to the address at the top of my original renew PIP award form? Thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Have your limitations changed since you completed the form?
It is worth sending the diagnosis confirmation as it will support the limitations that you documented in the form.
Send it to the same address as the letters come from with a covering letter explaining what it is, make sure you include your NAtional Insurance Number and full name on each page.
