When my last review and award took place I received a letter stating my “PIP Award has been extended until 8th March 2024”
I have just received an award review form to complete now - 10 months in advance.
I of course appreciate I will have to go through this process and had kept myself “sane” in the knowledge it would be only next year when I had to face this anxious stressful process again.
Can I query why this is being done much sooner than expected? Or is this now common practice and I just have to accept it?
PIP review forms are typically sent out up to a year before the award end date so that there is plenty of time to process them. So your new award end date is March 2024, and you have been sent one ten months before the end date. I'm afraid there is nothing for you to query with the DWP. This is normal practice.
