I have been receiving PIP from September 2020. Standard on both.
Main condition- Fibromyalgia, diagnosed after years.
The assessment was BS, but didn't have the mental energy to even read the letter at the time and definitely too overwhelmed from the process to consider appeal at the time.
Last year I have been worse and different symptoms appeared.
Diagnosed with Sciatica 5 months ago after 7 long months suffering - can't get physio treatment because of the Fibro .
Anxiety, Depression- under CB Therapy for the last 2 months, referred December 22.
Under testing from tomorrow for something else
- the GP was not sure of the exact name of the condition - slurry speech and mouth dropping, but he got scared .
I don't leave my bedroom 6 days of the week,
Go outside my home once every 2-3 months .
Extreme insomnia - around 15 hours a week sleep.
So the question is - to report changes to my condition, or to start new claim , or to wait?
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You already have a claim so a new claim is not an option!
If you report a Change then your claim will be reassessed from scratch, a new PIP2 and almost certainly an assessment.
As your health has deteriorated the DWP will not be bothered if you do report the Change but you will lose any right to backdating if you do not.
If you decide to go ahead you can notify them over the phone but I would follow up in writing using a Tracked post so you have proof of the date of delivery.
