Change of address

Dear all

I am long term claimant of old ESA, PIP and housing benefit . Two months ago I am evicted from my home and my local authority put me in temporary accommodation in a hotel (outside my bourgh). And they continued to pay my housing benefit after I filled the change of circumstance form. But the council tax support stopped because I stayed in hotel.
Now they gave me a permanent house in my local authority area .when i tried a change of address application for housing benefit it does not allow me online. so they told me to fill new housing benefit application and we will treat it as change of address since I am existing claimant.
My question is does this affect my ESA? Or will they ask me to migrate to UC
