PIP Renewal - Request to change appointment type was created by Karolina
Hi,
I have a question regarding the change of the appointment type. My mother is being reassessed for PIP and yesterday she received a message saying that she is going to have a video appointment.
I called the IAS to request a change of the appointment type and gave details of medical professionals they can contact.
I would like to also send a letter, but there is no official postal address for IAS. Shall I send it to the one I found online and to the DWP one? There is also some supporting evidence that I would like to attach with the letter.
Many thanks for your excellent guides!

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi KaJo
I would ring them back and ask them for the address because you want to ensure that your letter reaches them. You don't want it to go to a central office if it should be directed to a local one.
