Esa WCA was created by Kate louise
Filled form out for a change of circumstances for Legacy Esa after pressure from a work coach at JC for both physical and mental health deterioration.
Had a telephone assessment and was only asked about mental health as she said there was enough information with regards physical.
Is that a good sign, has anyone else had this and what was the outcome?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You will have to forgive me, I've given up trying to predict Decisions based on how the assessment was done, it could be good or bad which I realise does not answer your question.

Thanks for the reply, I have been on ESA since 2016 without any further assessments and I only completed a change of circumstance after pressure from the work coach. He was saying I would have to go on training Courses etc, I as told by the dwp I wasn't due a review
For another 12 months. Just have to keep fingers crossed for the outcome.
