I posted my wife's PIP form back on the 10th August....we had a missed number withheld call last week then today a letter from Capita arrived telling her she had a video assessment on 29th Sept....I phoned and told them that a video call was not suitable so they changed it to a telephone assessemt on the same day and time.....much quicker than we expected.
That certainly was quick! Glad to hear you were able to change the type of assessment. I hope it goes well for your wife. Make sure that you have read through the guide so she knows what questions to expect. I also hope that you will make a covert recording of the assessment.
