Please help!!

I had a phone call from pip I asked they said they want to discuss my bowel incontinence. Said they would need to phone back. I was awarded the enhanced rate of care component until 2030. Are they trying to take it off me. My condition has not changed. In fact I have osteoarthritis in both knees and st night I use a zimmer. I have not told them of this for the fear of losing my PIP. I use a perching stool , and when going up stairs I need to take one step using my better leg. I am now going to tell them this
