VIDEO WCA for ESA was created by Scared

I have been asked to have a WCA related to my ESA claim by VIDEO. this is new. I am petrified. Why is it by video? Can I say no? Ihave had a phone call in the past but video is a whole new level of stress. Also they want me to show ID at thestart and Id t not have a passport or driving license. Will my bus pass be ok for photo ID?

Hi Scared

Videos are becoming more common. Just as in my other post - you can put in a request and ask them to change the assessment type.

They should list the sort of IDs they accept. You can't provide what you don't have.
