pretty sure 2019 was my last paper assessment, should i have received uprating letter by now, that seems to be the thing that is off

hi,
finally decided to phone them this morning was told that the uprating letter was sent out 28th February, at the new rate i expected, to be in the same group, so it looks like i am ok for now, thanks for your help, hopefully i will not have to return to this thread, fingers crossed
