Hi I have received a message saying I will have my pip review via video call on my phone, has anyone else had this? What was it like please? I have never heard of this before
We have heard from members on the forum who have had a video, we have also heard from members who should have had a video but ended up with a phone assessment as they were unable to get the video to work.
I would say to you before your appointment, do not get dressed up, be yourself, do not take any extra medication to help you cope as this will count against you, just take your normal medication, if you can, have someone to be with, you may want to record the conversation surreptitiously.
