I was diagnosed with metastatic cancer in March 2023 this has affected me in lot of ways . I as advised to claim pip I have applied and Ben refused 3times I have now submitted evidence to the court but have a recording of my assessment and just wondering if should send? In my application I have referenced I do record conversations as I have trouble taking in information. There are lots of quotes in there replies stating I can do things even though they have not asked those questions.

Hi Billy1

If you're going to quote from the recording, you need to submit a copy of the recording and a transcription. It's the transcription they will look at. They would only listen to the recording if someone challenged the validity of it.
