State pension and partners contribution based ESA was created by ducker-d
I currently work, and I am coming up to retirement and looking at claiming my state pension. My partner is longterm sick and receives contribution based ESA, in her own right. We are now wondering how my claim for state pension, will affect my partners contribution based ESA claim?

It won't, as your partner is in receipt of CB ESA.

CB ESA is non-means tested.
