My partner recieves enhanced rate mobility and standard rate care in pip.His condition has Detoriated in the past few months and he is in heart failure now .a family member has to stay with him at night now as he tries to get out of bed to go to toilet and takes light heads and has fallen a few times .Do you think he should apply for higher rate care or leave well alone have been advised that he could lose everything..
