PIP DESCRIPTER was created by Fleur
Hi,
If you can walk but can’t do it safely and reliably at any given time, due to vision and balance problems related to a brain tumour is that enough to get mobility.
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Fleur33
I've included information about safety and reliability in one of your other posts. We can never say whether something is 'enough' for mobility because the DWP is not interested in the condition per se but how it affects you against the specific PIP criteria. If you can show them the evidence that you are unsafe or not able to move around reliably, then you should be able to get an award.
