Are they the same was created by darrenay

Hi all,

we have had the forms to change over to UC , I have downloaded a copy of the UC50 form , Looking at this form , it is basically the same form as the ESA50 form.
Is this the form that will be used to change over to UC or is it a different form ?. Is the online form different ?.

The only difference between the forms is the name, one is called an ESA50 the other is called an UC50. The B&W guide covers both: www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/esa

I have not completed an online form, but it should be the same as the paper version.
