I'm having the same problem.
I signed up yesterday but haven't received any download link or any way to access the training. I can access the guides, but if I click on "Training" it just takes me to the sales page.
If someone could look into this, It would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, I am having the same issue. But wondering why this hasn't been resolved yet? It has taken everything I have to look at doing the forms today. To find I have paid for help for this and now can't access this, something that seems to be a known issue, is not something someone with mental health issues should be dealing with on a site meant to help people.
