Hi, This is my first post on the forum. I am one of two carers for a disabled claimant. We have just spent just over a week/half filling in a UC50 for this lady. I have to say, as an ex CAB adviser, I had forgotten just how draining and time consuming filling these forms in properly was! I believe that this lady ( who has several co - morbidities ) has a really strong case for an LCWRA award. I was just wondering if anybody knows the recent data on what percentage of recommendations/decisions for LCWRA/LWC are paper/workfile based only?
