Thanks David, but I can't face opening up a can of worms!

I do think it is negligent that they just ignored my MRs (one telephone one, 2 sent recorded mail to 2 seperate addresses and one handed in to the local job centre)

All the written MRs were identical - i just wanted to be extra sure they got one!

And- 14th feb this year, they called me to say received and logged.

But none ever replied to. Fortunately, ADP is enough for my son's simple routine activities and he hasn't even touched on getting his savings down so he does not need UC and hopefully never will need it again.

So - though it is very unsatisfactory being left in limbo land and i suppose they could be in touch again any time, i believe it will stay dormant now unless,at some future point, he did claim again.

Is it quite common for MRs to be ignored in your experience?

Hi Anisty

Your question ;_
Is it quite common for MRs to be ignored in your experience?
I think that other Forum members could have a say on that. But not in my experience to be completely ignored.

David
