If a migration letter says that you must claim by March, does that mean, you have to complete the initial, brief online contact form with your details and send by March? Is that what is meant by 'registering your account' ?
Or does it mean that you must have sent that initial brief form, had a response - and completed the application form by March?
If you complete the initial online contact form before March - does that mean that you have applied in time?
I think I've confused myself even more, sorry to ramble on - I wasn't sure how to ask the question.
I'm wondering how late others have waited before responding to their migration letters?
Creating the UC account and submitting the new UC claim are 2 different actions. Have a look at this DWP video which should answer some of your questions. Let me know how you get on.
