Hi David

I will, very frustrating process. I believe UC is way more complicated than the legacy benefits. It is so complicated for the staff that constant errors are made. We have two errors of mis-reporting my wife's earnings by HMCR. One of my daughters is carer for me so no reductions are made for a non dependent. My other other daughter has moved back home that I have declared, and I thought a non dependent deduction would be made for her but nothing has been deducted. Worries me I will get hit with a overpayment there. Too complicated to work out.

Hi David,

All sorted out. Finally received the £308 into my bank account. 2 to 3 years it went on for and took 6 months to get the money back again.
