Wca claim but PIp call?

Hello

So, Im on PIP since last year, applied for WCA 2 months, awaiting telephone appointment date via letter, nothing yet..
Today out of the blue I get a phone call from DWP this number 08000232635 and I missed it due to health reasons, rang them back, generic message saying you were called by DWP etc, no specifics.
Check my UC journal and nothing there.

Then I get this text 3 hours after the phone call. Today is. 3rd May

*We tried to call you about your Personal Independence Payment claim but couldn't contact you. We'll ring you on 03/05/2025 between 02.00 PM and 03.00 PM. The number may show as unknown or begin with 0800*

Are PIP taking over the assessments for WCA already as it should have been ingeus as otherwise I have no idea why they would call me randomly on a saturday with no prior warning when my claim I've newly applied for is WCA.
Does this nake sense, its bank holiday, so no info till Tuesday now from them if I call the info line to see what the call was for.
This has triggered ny panic disorder as it wasn't planned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone has had this happen to them
