Hi. I’m about to finish completing my online application for UC Managed Migration. I hope to submit application tomorrow. I have listed my health conditions but it then asks are you currently receiving treatment. I do not know if I need to answer this because I am currently under 2 Consultants and Podiatry and have further appointments. These appointments are currently to monitor conditions and not actually treatment. Do I put NO or do I need to put future appointment dates I have with them. I am unsure. Hope someone can help.
