AET for UC increased recently - as I earn a little below the new theshold, will have an upcoming telephone appointment about my situation.
I have cerebral palsy and other related health conditions, in receipt of PIP daily living. Never had a WCA.
My question: can I stay at my current hours of work (14h/week) due to my health condition, even though I earn below the AET, or can DWP force me to work more hours/look for another job?
Depending on which Conditionality Group you are in the Expected Hours of Work are at the discretion of the Work Coach. However it helps if you have a Fit Note which states the maximum number of hours you should work for health reasons.
