Migration from ESA to UC

Hi sorry for late reply. I dont get notifications of messages.
We both get PIP. When my husband started claiming state pension his carers allowance stopped & carers allowance advised us to contact ESA re carers premium.
So we both get carers premium & SDP & my husbands state pension is deducted from the ESA.

To say this whole process is stressing me is an understatement. I am relying on the Help to Claim line to complete both migration online forms with me over the phone, though christ knows how I'll cope as I only have a little vocal clarity due to sudden hearing loss & cant look at bright screens for long periods, I have to take breaks. My husband cant do anything as had a stroke & just been diagnoser with cancer undergoing treatment for stage 4 lung cancer, so I'm worried sick about him, trying to deal with my own health & we both look after each other, as we have no family support.

I have searched for companies who will come to my home & I'll pay them to do this, not cant find anything.

Sorry to sound so dumb, but who would I ring for that? Tye Help to Claim line know our situation & have never mentioned this. They wouldnt let me make an appointment either, just said I had to keep ringing until someone answered.
