Moving to UC qs on HB and giving more info

Hi again

I am about to send off my PIP2 form. I have til June 3 to get it in.

Whilst working on it, I received my ESA to UC migration notice. I have til June 2 to migrate.

Also, my rent is increased each year in April, I inform my local authority and they always reply to say they can do nothing til the start of June, which is when the rent officer looks at the local rents.

So all these are coming at once!!

I have two questions..I need to add some info to my UC claim as you have suggested on eg me being a complex case and also needing a reasonable adjustment etc..but when I went through the really helpful dummy version the Welsh CAB did, I could see no space at all to add in any further info I might want to add, unlike most forms. So can I add this later on in the process?

The other question is about HB..you say most likely this will now be dealt with in house by the DWP...but how would they have the relevant local info? Do they not still need to liaise with the local rent officer? And also, I should get a small increase at some point in June...will my local authority still write to me with notice of this, I am guessing not..so how will I know it has been added to my amount..will the rent officer now contact the DWP?? Who will then adjust my amount?? TIA

Social housing?? In my dreams!! I have a private landlord.
