ESA Managed Migration Support Group confusion was created by Chaps
I submitted my claim yesterday. Can I please ask:
1: When and how do I ask for reasonable adjustments. I cannot go to the job centre as I have Complex Physical needs and severe anxiety. I need all communication in writing and have done for years. I cannot cope with phone calls, f2f visits. I do not answer calls unless I know who is calling and if it was from benefits I would need someone with me as I would not take the information in due to fear of past experiences.
2: Alternative payment arrangement - How and when to ask to be paid 2 weekly as I will struggle with monthly payments. Also for my rent to be paid direct to the housing association. Are there any downsides to being paid 2 weekly?
3: Today I received a P60 which I have not received one for years. Approx 2016 I was on CB ESA and then moved to IB ESA. Does this mean I will be on New Style ESA and UC and what does this actually mean and how will it affect me?
4: When completing the form I ticked I get PIP but in INcome other than earnings it says is not getting any other payments or benefits.
In the journal entries, the to do list is all listed however,
Other benefits affecting your UC,
You still need to accept your claimant commitments
New claim details were submitted
Are all underlined and do not state completed, though everything else does. I did complete them and and there is nothing in my to do list. Could this be because they are still checking these at their end?
It also says on 10th June I should know how much I will get and on the 14th June I should be paid.
Sorry this is so long.
I hope someone can help, Many thanks

Hi Chaps
Be careful as Benefits have changed and these days there is no longer an " entitlement " to Benefits but a contractual arrangement. So not communicating with the DWP will lead to your claim being closed as I discovered today from another Forum member.
I advise you to use the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service and for them to ensure you are included in the Migration Enhanced Support Journey.
Yes you will be on New Style ESA but you will have to agree a Claimant Commitment before you get a payment.
Here is a recommendation of Help to Claim--

Let me know how you get on.
