1. Listing health treatments: For 'health conditions' i've listed all being treated by medication and health service support. For 'health treatment', should i list all and any or just ones which cause me to be able to claim disability and sickness benefits ? 2. On the To Do List page, there's a tab which says: 'See a completed list of your To Dos in your journal' - it shows who 'added' them. However in my case it's showing me not the person who entered them for me. Why has it decided to indicate me as the person who comleted the listed To Dos and can i change that so it lists the person helping me ? Should i leave a note about that in the journal ?
To answer the questions- 1. If you are in the Support group it does not matter. 2. The UC account is yours unless you have an Appointee. Yes, you can leave a note in your Journal about this.
