Does anyone have any information as to what might happen to existing claimants on CB ESA support Group in the welfare reforms ? I can’t seem to find any news on this ?, it’s a real worry for me and many other claimants . If I fail the pip daily living will I be put on the new Unemployment Insurance benefit ? The ESA support group would be took off me and then I would be set to lose almost £11000K because I wouldn’t be able to claim UC as I am over the required amount of money to qualify for it. This is all time limited.
How on earth are you supposed to be able to live and survive if you can’t work because you are disabled. I emailed my MP and they were as good as useless , they support the plans because they are looking after themselves NOT US.
I am really worried. If I manage to claim Daily living pip will I still lose ESA ? Nothing is clear, I sent a message in the forum almost 3 days ago and had no reply …. Please may someone shed some light on this matter. This is an amended. Message !
We will not be able to give accurate advice until the legislation has been voted on and we expect some amendments as it goes through Parliament. Keep an eye out for further articles in the site News section. www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/work-and-...-green-paper-inquiry
