My son lost his appeal for higher mobility yesterday.
Can we ask for it to looked at again? I tried to send in new medical evidence , and I made a mistake., by not checking it was sent properly. I did it by email, a couple of weeks ago, and did it in the wrong format. Also, it was paper based , as my son did not Wang to go in person.
Was your appeal via an MR or FtT ? If it was Mandatory Reconsideration, then you can take it to the First Tier Tribunal, but if it was FtT, then you can escalate it to the UtT ( Upper Tier ) to be looked at, and if an error of law is found, then they will advise you from there. I recently had a UTT with an error of law and it's been referred back to a new FtT to be dealt with in June via telephone.
