First Universal Credit Starement - No LCWRA was created by BereftStatistic
I’m in the process of migrating from ESA (Support Group) to Universal Credit. I applied on April 11th and was told via the online account that my first statement would be ready on May 13th ahead of payment on May 17th.
This morning, two days earlier than expected, the statement is ready. I have looked and it appears to be incorrect. LCWRA has not been added so all it says I will get is the basic rate of UC which, after deductions for ESA (I have discovered like so many that my ESA was a mixture of CB and IR) comes to £0.
Do I contact them about this error via the Journal, selecting Payment as my query?

Thanks for the reply BIS. It’s not surprising really, given how many people they are pushing through the system now. I left a message in my journal and I will see what happens.

Hi-
I'm just writing to say I'm in the same boat as you. Applied on the 9th of April, transitional protection was there but LCWRA was missing. Citizen's advice suggested leaving a note in journal under payment, as you've mentioned. I also called them today (after no update in journal after several days) and then they wrote in journal that a case manager will get back to me by tomorrow evening. So in my case at least there was a bit more movement with a phone call. I hope this helps a bit. It's been awful

Hi sgbd,
It seems like there are a lot of us in this situation. Still no response on the journal but I’ll give it a couple more days. I hope the case manager has got back to you.

The case manager got back to me today saying they submitted a request to technical. No update on our award but at least I heard from someone- so the phone call did have its benefits! I hope you hear from someone soon!
