I received an IS10 form back in March and duly returned completed immediately. Having received nothing from DWP as acknowledgement, I telephoned them to check the form was received. This was confirmed as received.
I have looked at google to see current waiting times and see that 6 days is considered processing time on receipt of form.
May I ask how much longer I should expect to wait for a reply or payment please?
I am on IR ESA, PIP. My husband is retired on state pension and in receipt of AA. No carers allowance claimed.
I expect they are checking the Mixed Aged Couple rules. But as you are the main claimant for ESA then you should qualify. You could phone the ESA section and see if you can get a reason for the delay.
