Hi mko84
As mods, we cannot recommend any firms that help with litigation of benefits. A member may make a suggestion, but you would need to decide for yourself whether the firm was a reputable one. Please proceed with caution.

Proceeding with caution is wise. There is a not-for-profit organisation which operates on a no-win no-fee basis. If they win, they take a slice of back pay won and nothing out of your ongoing benefit. It was recommended here by a member and checked out some time ago by a friend of mine who is very successful at PIP cases. It is called Kester disability rights. If you have to have help I would try them before any normal paid law firm.
Would be interesting to hear your experience if they take you on.
Thanks,
Denby

Many years ago when I was on Disability Living Allowance and my D.L.A. was stopped I used C.A.B. they sent me to a local agency and a legal advocate who helped me and accompanied me to a tribunal. I got it all back.
You will have to research your local area. I have always found C.A.B. excellent for help.
