Hi,
I'm in the support group and have no one to be with me during face to face, home or telephone contact. All this scares me to death. Does anyone know if it's possible to verify ID online?

It is possible to verify your ID online if you have two of the documents they ask for - such as a passport or photo driving licence. (among others)

Thanks, Another related question please - If someone from ESA support group did go to the job centre unescorted to verify ID (despite sever anxiety) would the staff be making 'informal observations' (Eg. The claimant can walk about alone) which would mess with the descriptors that got them the claim in the first place!?
