Applying for PIP...Does the assessors report give what points are scored where?

Hi again

Thank you all for your help thus far!

I receive ESA, (about to migrate) thanks to previous support from Benefits and Work and have always asked for. and got, the assessors report each time.

But that report never gave the points awarded...

Is PIP different in that regard? I just found out on this forum that there is a report called the PA4..does this show the points awarded and where? ie which activities.

Yes, the PA4 should tell you what the assessor thinks you should score. Although the decision makers often follow what the assessor says, it is not a given that you will get an identical score in your decision letter.
