Hi I requested the PIP assessment to be recorded and sent by text to my phone. However I can't access it. I've trito get it to play but nothing. I've called them twice to ask for it to be sent on email access but I think they're fobbing me off now saying they've sent the request to a manager and I should get it on email but it still hasn't come. How do I access it on my phone?
I'm sorry - but I can't tell you. I would expect you to be able to just play it. I don't know whether any member has had a similar issue and can tell you what they did.
