Hello,
I was awarded the support group of esa. I was due to have face to face but this was changed to a telephone call -thanks for the help of the guides on here.
I'd like a copy of the assessors report for my records. Who do I ask for this?

You can ring the DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report.
