PIP Renewal was created by kobrien
I am a carer for my wife whos PIP is up for renewal. The first time we applied for PIP the medical assessor made things up, we had to do mandatory reconsideration and she got awarded enhanced daily living and standard mobility. We now are worried that she may have to go for another assessment. I have put together a supporting statement for her using the guides here. Shes scared about loosing her PIP as it has helped support her. Can someone look at this statement and advise if we did enough:

π§ Medical Background
K has been diagnosed with:
β’ ADHD (Combined Presentation)
β’ PTSD
β’ Dyslexia and Dysgraphia
β’ Anxiety
β’ Mobility issues (knee and ankle pain)
She currently attends college 1.5 days per week, where her husband J works. During this time, J and his colleagues provide her with social and emotional support. However, for the majority of the week, K remains at home and is fully reliant on J for daily living support. Her ADHD symptoms include hyperactivity, impulsivity, distractibility, executive dysfunction, and emotional dysregulation, which significantly impair her ability to function independently.

Hi kobrien
Your answers seem quite short, you need to paint a picture in words on how your wife's condition affects her, If you need to encourage your wife to do things, such as getting dressed then explain why your wife needs encouragement.
If there has been no change in your wife's condition since the last tribunal, say so and add a copy of the tribunal decision.
