Notes and pinned notes to submit with ir-ESA to UC managed migration application was created by twinkerzzz
Hi
I'm a bit unsure about how to use the journal as access is blocked until the first round of the application to-do list is completed.
Q1. I am assuming i will be able to enter a set of journal notes after completing the application to-do list but before (?) submitting the application (?) or does the account only allow me to enter notes after submitting the application ?
I want to submit these notes for sure:
1. PINNED NOTE 1 - Complex needs support notice
2. PINNED NOTE 2 - Complex needs support - Reasonable adjustment notice
i. Communication preferences
ii. ID verification preferences
iii. Financial requests: APA rent request
iv. Claimant commitment and future commitment reviews
3. PINNED NOTE 3 - DECLARED EARNINGS NOTE :
i. NHS Service user involvement notice
ii. NHS Service user involvement letter
4. Don’t ask for a Fit note - note
Will i be able to put these in my journal before application submission or after ?
Q2 . I've asked for an APA direct rent payment both with my housing association social landlord who are not replying at all, as well as via UC application, complex need support - reasonable adjustment note at 2-iii above - Which party leads in the decision to allow the APA request ? Is their an appeal process if the APA request is denied ?
Q3. I'm wondering when the following docs need to be uploaded and if journal notes are where it happens:
a) Last month's declared earnings
b) Last month's savings products statements - do these get requested as part of ID verification or should i just upload them to the journal as a note anyway ?
c) Last month's bank account statements – again; do these get requested as part of ID verification i should i just upload them to the journal as a note anyway ?
I think that completes all my note queries
thanks for your advice

Hi twinkerzzz
I do not have the time to engage in hypothetical Benefits situations.
I can say that as far as your APA question is concerned you will not be given the opportunity to appeal if your request is denied.

Thanks.
1. "Will i be able to put these in my journal before application submission or after ?" - isn't a hypothetical question it's a question about what i can do in the application stage.
2. "I'm wondering when the following docs need to be uploaded and if journal notes are where it happens" - is also in part a question about where documents get uploaded in the application stage - so again not hypothetical...
cheers twzzz
