Hello
So sorry I have another question about PIP MR.

Can I do MR on my daughter’s behalf? On the form it asks for your details if you are filling in for someone else.

My adult daughter has mental capacity but cannot cope with doing it herself so needs me to do it for her. So I’m not her Appointee but her supporter.

Please advise?

Also some evidence we sent is not listed on the assessment report so can we send that also, even though they say don’t send anything we already have?

Kind regards

Hi Alpro Cherry

Yes, you can write on your daughter's behalf - but get your daughter to sign the letter as well.

They do say that - because it's annoying for them to have lots of duplicate information. It's up to you, but another option is to refer to specific details and say that they are on file.
