I wrote to my MP and got a reply to sign on the consultation meetings. The first one was told over the first bank holiday in may that it was not a virtual event it was in person and was not given the venue. I then choose another one which is this Thursday but they have changed the time to morning instead of afternoon. Luckily I noticed the change in time. I have had to ask a colleague to cover my client and change one client to afternoon. I have got the link but not expecting to get on. I will let you know. But this is not good I work voluntary as a Independent Generic Peer Advocate. I work now for Bolton Community Advice. The charity I had to dissolved was Sensory Advocates NW which no longer exist. I been involved since PIP started in 2013 and was in tribunal a lot. Not many even winning at tribunal got 4 on care descriptors. These are blind people profound deaf people. They change the descriptors once for care because it was all 12 points when it started . we noticed in 2019 that the descriptors had all changed. We only noticed because we didn't need to go to tribunal as much. We did see a change 2/2/2018 that people mental health profound deaf and blind got 10 points for planning and following a journey. This is what was happening at tribunal so the judicial system must have changed that.
