Sorry _ I don't remember what I said previously as It's not published until checked.

PS Having already provided evidence that this is not my money, is there anything additional i should send? Do I need to be quoting the guidance notes or finding relevant case law, or is there any organisation that can help me with this? Should I just send in the form so everything is in writing, or is it quicker to find someone who can phone on my behalf?

I found the form online but it asks for a phone number and the best time to call. It's all very confusing and stressful - not helped by doing this while I have no income, no idea how I'll pay rent etc and disabilty benefit cuts papers are all over the news.

Thank you.

You will need personal face to face assistance with this complicated issue. I can signpost you in the direction of free advice if you tell me the city or town of your residence.

Hi David - I added this above, when you asked last time? I'm in SW London. Thank you.

Hi stayingalive

I am also a Benefits adviser for Community Money Advice and I have just spoken to our branch in London which is called Crosslight. They have Advice Centres in Hounslow, Twickenham, Chiswick and Feltham. They do drop in sessions at Feltham library. The best thing to do is phone them on 02070520318 and say you were referred by David from Launceston Community Money Advice.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi David.

Thanks very much for this. I really appreciate it but am still struggling. I'm in Wandsworth, a wheelchair user and reliant on public transport so these are a fair distance away. Also, phone calls don't work for me - I'm autistic with brain damage.

Is there anything/anyone a bit closer that I can email or relay call?

Hopefully,
stayingalive
