ESA to UC migration appointee was created by teresasue
Hi when my son gets the UC migration notice from ESA I AM HIS APPOINTEE - do i fill the form in in HIS name and tick at the end i filled it in as a family member? Does it let me tell them i am his apointee please

Yes you fill in the form yourself as Appointee. Your son is not allowed to sign or submit any DWP documents. It has to be the Appointee.

Thanks but when it says am I filling it in for someone else foji i say yes or no as I'm filling it in with his details sorry it's confuding

It should be registered on the DWP computer. But there is so much bungling as Migration is being rushed through too early that it would be a good idea to inform them either at the section right at the end of the form or you can send a Journal message after you have hit the submit button.
