Apologies if asked previously. I've searched but couldn't find my exact query.
Grateful for some advice.
I was awarded Pip (standard for both on 8th May.
I got my back pay on 14th May. This covered money owed from 4th November to 7th May.
The award letter then said "We will then pay your benefit into your usual account every four weeks in arrears on a Thursday".
No date was provided. It is now 13th June and I haven't received a payment. Should I have or do I have to wait another 4 weeks before I get my first regular payment after the award was made? I'm confused. (I thought I would have been paid yesterday, Thurs 12th June?).
Realise I'll probably have to ring but I actually get really anxious on the phone.
Unfortunately Kate you will have to contact PIP helpline to see what has happened to your payment, as you have correctly stated, once it is in payment it is usually paid every 4 weeks.
