Hi David
In a nutshell I am in support group I had 3 way managed migration call with CAB as such NO journal as NO work commitments and indeed 2 to get me into job centre for ID checks as NO passport so bank statements for ID (recent) as Nat West do NOT print sort code and id on back of debit cards anymore!
Therefore NO work commitments so you advising me to enter into my journal they will be in my case contacting me by phone and letter and vice-versa if I need to get in touch.
With UC they NEED to get in touch with me as I am PHYSICALLY NOT able to do so online due to way my computer is set up due to disabilities I talk into it to type.
As such your last advice to enter into a journal when ALL of my messages to you I have told you that in my circumstances there is NO journal as it is/was a telephone claim.
Therefore, the post was long because I had to EXPLAIN to you what I already had explained in the initial email!
Therefore, I was taken in by the welfare officer and a friend's husband to the job centre as such to show ID that you state they should have done biographical ID over the phone. THEY maintain both you and the CAB are wrong and although she stated at job centre I was entitled to home visit when it had taken x2 people to get me in there at her demands for ID she and that if I did NOT attend it would delay my migration if I had waited for a home visit!
THEREFORE WHO IS RIGH HERE BENEFITS AND WORK AND CAB and /or her at the job centre?
FINALLY privacy between these posts can be seen on main search engines of what we think we are sending into you privately that needs to be looked at
Regards
DJ

Hi DJ
I cannot advise further on your queries. Hopefully other Forum members can throw some light on your predicament.
