Hello,
My last Universal Credit work search appointment at the Jobcentre was with a new work coach, about a week and a half ago. We reviewed the CV I had submitted to my UC account over a year ago. I mentioned that I wasn’t sure if it was the most recent version of my CV.
She said, “Okay, I’ll set up a to-do list task titled ‘Upload your CV by Friday 13th.’”
I later found my CV on my computer and realised that the one uploaded to my UC account is actually the up-to-date version. Unfortunately, I didn’t upload anything to the ‘Upload Your CV by Friday 13th’ task.
Instead, yesterday I submitted a message via my UC account, saying:
Hello,
During my last appointment, we looked at my CV, which was uploaded to my UC account. I suggested that my CV might be outdated. I was instructed to check whether I had a more recent version and upload it to my account. However, I was mistaken, and the CV on my account is indeed the latest version.
Kind regards,
James
Have I done the right thing here?
