Hello, My last Universal Credit work search appointment at the Jobcentre was with a new work coach, about a week and a half ago. We reviewed the CV I had submitted to my UC account over a year ago. I mentioned that I wasn’t sure if it was the most recent version of my CV.
She said, “Okay, I’ll set up a to-do list task titled ‘Upload your CV by Friday 13th.’”
I later found my CV on my computer and realised that the one uploaded to my UC account is actually the up-to-date version. Unfortunately, I didn’t upload anything to the ‘Upload Your CV by Friday 13th’ task.
Instead, yesterday I submitted a message via my UC account, saying:
Hello,
During my last appointment, we looked at my CV, which was uploaded to my UC account. I suggested that my CV might be outdated. I was instructed to check whether I had a more recent version and upload it to my account. However, I was mistaken, and the CV on my account is indeed the latest version.
Has not the Work Coach told you that nowadays you don't just have a CV. You have several depending on the job description and the requirements whether they are essential or desireable? It should be easy to update your CV on your UC account.? Is that ok?
