They have a backlog of transitional protection payments - and it is added separately so lots of people are not getting it immediately. You can always raise the issue in your journal - just ask them when you are going to receive it.

Hi, I would definately post a question on your UC online journal about the transitional payment. I only received mine after querying why my first UC payment was lower than it should be.
